Some people have been tweeting this... "The new Beady Eye album includes these tracks: 'Kill Switch', Flick Of The Finger', 'Superball' and 'The Last Of The Mad Days'" Dont's know if there's any truth in that... Those tweets stem from a post I made on facebook.com/beadyeye.records yesterday night. We had rumours inboxed by fans. Mike lynham tweeted about kill switch long time before you posted on FB so at least that title will come from him. |

If it were the single surely there would have been some sort of response from the management by now.
It's probably true it's just an album track. Very good news. Excited for the album again.
It's great that we got a little bit of music to tide us over until Monday.

How annoyed will everyone be if it's confirmed that Kill Switch is the single, but it turns out the song we currently know as A Flick of the Finger is actually Kill Switch?

The DJ said it was called Flick Of The Finger after he played it so not much chance of that thankfully!

During the summer of 2008, canadian DJ bookman played the chemical brothers remix of falling down months in advance. He said it was probably the album version. He was dead wrong. However i do tend to agree. This is an album teaser like bring the light. Full single is coming up next. Enjoy people. |

I guess that's always the risk of giving it out to every random radio station two weeks before... --- I realize many of you are in the UK, so while this may seem like a random low frequency college station with a dj who may or may not get the title right - not a chance. Within the industry, this station and show are the most important/respected show for new music is the States. There's no chance the dj made a mistake - it didn't just arrive in the mail with a "do not play until April 16" sticker - he would have been given it directly by the label (or perhaps the management). This was definitely an intentional move. |

Someone else put that if you click now playing or whatever tab on the radio show listen again it says flick of the finger, album called promo Exactly. This has been posted many times before, why don't people read other people's posts?  If no one believes it, go their page and listen to the show, the host mentions the song name after it finishes. MBE is a great show that's been running for many years, there's no way the would mix up the name of the song or play a single before they are allowed to |

All I know is that I can't get a record contract, we cannot get a record contract unless we take those tapes to the record company. And granted, the tapes themselves are a uh um oh, you own them, all right, but the magic that is on those tapes. That fucking heart and soul that we put onto those tapes, that is ours and you don't own that. Now I need to take that magic and get it over the record company. And they're waiting for us, we were supposed to be there a half hour ago. We look like assholes, man!
Let me explain in simple arithmetic. One, two three! Because you don't fuckin' get it! You give us the tapes. We get the record contract. We come back and give you your fuckin' money. Have you heard the tapes? Have you even heard them? We're guaranteed a record deal. Our stuff is that good!

I have a feeling "Flick Of The Finger" is the new single. 99%. call it a gut feeling but that quote at the end about the flick of a finger tearing millions apart sounds like the song title could be "Kill Switch" So maybe the 4 song promo had it labeled incorrectly
