If Beady Eye's production is anywhere near what's been done on 'Mosquito' the album will be so fucking dope and we should hear Liam's vocals used like never before.

If only sitek were around when the turning and boy with the blues were recorded. Sacrilege is a nice song turned into a tune after that choir.

If you want a better idea, try all the TV On The Radio albums he produced. Better than Yeah Yeah Yeahs IMO.

I haven't heard their latest, however none of the albums from Yeah Yeah Yeahs seemed to me as strong as Dear Science, I think that it is a fair comment to make. From what I've heard from TV on the Radio, their albums by default have much more interesting and varied sounds, so probably more going on from a production standpoint.

I think one thing that Dave Sitek will implement on BE is the groove that some TV On The Radio tracks have, I expect him to use Chris' skills and weave them with some groovy bass lines.
Liam & co would be open to that sort of experimentation without going too 'out there'. That and layering lots of psychedelic guitars to get some crazy sounds - Andy B would be in his element there.

I'll say, whats up with Ride's Nowhere being such a good album but Andy's contributions to Oasis/BDI have been largely forgettable?

I'll say, whats up with Ride's Nowhere being such a good album but Andy's contributions to Oasis/BDI have been largely forgettable? probably because of Noel's presence......Noel ran the show. i've said this before but Andy and Gem were good for Oasis because they're easy going. another large personality in Oasis would've ended the band even sooner, probably. God bless.

God bless. I agree with this lots. Andy is much better than his contributions in oasis which I even think BDI shows. Noel indeed ran the oasis show and there is no way he was ever gonna be allowed to be upstaged / even nearly challenged as the #1 song writer.
