It is listed here to get released here in Spring/Summer 2013.

I'm guessing it will come with the Deluxe edition of the new album as to release a separate DVD when the album is due to come out at the same time wouldn't make any sense at all.

Yeh that's probably right, like they did with the casino de paris gig, there would be no point in releasing it as a DVD on its own I don't think it would sell enough tbh. Good gig though so it should see some release...
