Once again Liam hits the nail bang on the head. The only one who cuts the shit, stays true to who he is and says it like it really is. I sometimes wonder what 90s Noel (pre-Downing Street obviously) would make of the person that he has become. My guess is he would fucking despise him. Oh yeah, Liam is a real straight shooter all the time. A real class act. - Pictures with SpongeBob - Admits he doesn't really listen to music post 1970 (ignorant) - Says only two modern bands are worth anyones time (kasabian, arctic monkeys) - Thought DGSS was going to be on par with Definitely Maybe - Had a typo in his tweet dissing Noel about blur I love Liam but he comes off like a clown a lot of times. A real philistine. Are you talking about the film premiere he attended with his children? He likes a cartoon? What a wanker. He can like what he likes a lot of people here don't have an eclectic taste in music on this forum myself included. Haha you believe he actually thought that? ffs..... Well at least he didn't hope they all died of aids.... |

He's spot on there though.  Also you can just imagine when Liam types that message out and types BLUE instead of BLUR and then just leaves it there anyway because it's funnier. actually holds the same beliefs that Liam and Noel do on the current music scene, it's just sad and extremely narrow minded. So many great bands and music out there. queens of the stone age .... one of the most interesting bands out there i think. signature sound, really great marketing strategies, every album has a new style, but don't let you forget their roots, great live perfomances with mixed up set lists, open for guest musicians like elton john, julian casablancas etc. and with a mastermind, who is cleary interested in other styles and musicians (producing Arctic Monkeys for example)
i think liam and noel could learn much ....

Lennon you know ...I honestly tune Liam out when he speaks ever since wibbling rivalry Ya know wat I mean He is the best. I love the guy he DONT care what anyone thinks ,, but when he talks he can say 3 different things to 3 different reporters ..I remember back when he was in NYC in a interview in either the post or news he was proud of the new music oasis helped influence then turns around in news day saying he listens only to the Beatles or Lennon ( John). I understand that and I would say to him that there's probably a shit ton of music out there he would love. But you know Matt doesn't like Dylan and I don't really like Springsteen. And what side are you on Reed? i'm trapped in the middle, otherwise known as non-delusional. i did think DGSS sucked so i've been lumped in the NGHFB crowd but i also think HFB's was ok, the work of a great songwriter past his prime. i personally consider myself a fan of Oasis who enjoys some of the Oasis-related output these days....
