Have been saying since the first time I heard it, this is easily the best "post-Oasis" song by either Noel or BDI. Its such a good song....is it a b-side to something or unreleased? Cheers to anyone who replies!  |

It was a strange bonus track to the album off the German Amazon website I think. It was up for a while then it was gone.

It was intended to be an Amazon bonus track in a variety of countries and Amazon(like German iTunes did with DBTT) put it out too soon, so it "leaked" like that. It was and still is a Amazon bonus track for some countries. Notably, the US. |

Sounds amazing live , Didn't think it could get much better than the studio version but it can. Hope he releases it now hes including it in his setlist.

Well im very glad xfm decided to broadcast the most rare tune from that day, instead another version of Wonderwall or DLBIA, way to go..!

It's great to see this song being acknowledged finally. Agreed that its fantastic of xfm to choose this song instead of the obvious DLBIA or something more mainstream. I've said it before and I'll say it again: I'd pay good money for this whole gig audio or video.

Was feeling very inspired today of this track to go ahead and make a re-work of artwork for this live version of 'Alone on the Rope' It may seem smothered, but I did my best, and as it turns out, it's very visually stimulating! I hope you all like it. Oh, and I already have this artwork posted on the thread intended for HFB artwork. But I feel it should make its way here as well.
