Honestly it's to the point now where it dont matter , speculation will be over , and we will find out where selig is going. As a Yankee fan I dont even care anymore as this season is in the toilet A rod or no A Rod ..I don't or have ever cared for Sherman or selig for that matter and A rod is the most unlike able " nice guy " I have ever seen. So get the popcorn and let the fun start .. That's what I'm gonna do |

Personally , I think selig fucked this up , but I think a rod will not come out of this in a good way ... There's more to this story , to many undercurrents ya know ?

By going through the drug policy and not the cba AROD can appeal through an arbiter and I dont see them agreeing with the MLB. He'll get suspended tomorrow, appeal, get to play, and we will see how long this process takes. Will he get off scott free? No but it'll be def less than what Bud was gunning for. |

The funny thing about this ... Look at pre season predictions ,., I had Yankees missing playoffs and finishing third , before the arod bullshit , tex re injuring himself and granderon not playing much , so let arod play appeal , lose it win it , the yanks are going nowhere .....time to turn to both my football leauges , now ...Manchester city are loaded and may win leauge , think united will tumble , and either city or Chelsea cop title....
Then there's my steelers , I have no clue what to expect this year anywhere from 9-7 to 12-4 would not suprise , as for A rod whatever happens , it won't effect he fact the yanks blow this year...as I predicted

Classic A-Roid. Doesn't deny using PEDs in his press conference. He knows denying it will only comeback to haunt him when in arbitration because he did in fact take PEDs. He's obviously just trying to get the suspension down to the 50-100 game range. Good luck with that!

211 games because 210 is too lenient and 212 is too harsh. Well the reason the suspension is those exact figures is it was intended to cover the rest of the games for 2013 and all of 2014. Thus 211 games. Now that he is appealing it looks funny. My guess is his suspension will remain over 100 games even after arbitration. |

His story keeps changing over the years. First he didn't bet on baseball at all and never bet on games involving the Reds. Then that story morphed into "ok I bet on baseball but only on non-Reds games" followed by "I bet on some Reds games but only to win". Major League Baseball can't trust a guy like that. It questions the integrity of the game. Pete has been lying non stop. Eventually we are going to get to the point where he admits he bet on Reds games............win or lose. Everybody knows, you can't bet on baseball. If you do, bye bye. That's the way it's been since 1921. A-Roid is going to lose in the end. Sure he might hang around for another year or so of playing games but he will never accomplish what he wanted. To be the best player of all-time. No home run records. No hall of fame. Nothing. His teammates have always hated him and Yankee fans despise him. He really has no allies. |

i actually like the playoffs.... but, i only like to watch the last couple innings of games, haha.  and, as i've mentioned, i'm not a big stats person, which pretty much defeats the purpose of liking baseball... God bless. |
