I don't think they'll go undefeated though .....college b ball is strange , DONT forget these kentucky kids are young as usual not thete for 4 years. There will be a night ( Columbia almost did it and they suck ) there will be a time in late jan or mif feb on a cold night on road when these kids run up against a team that shoots lights out and squeaks 1 out .,,,.my opinion anyway. But when it counts there scary they should win it all |

If you're part of a crew, nobody ever tells you that they're going to kill you, doesn't happen that way. There weren't any arguments or curses like in the movies. See, your murderers come with smiles, they come as your friends, the people who've cared for you all of your life. And they always seem to come at a time that you're at your weakest and most in need of their help. God bless. |

Exciting day for Duke fans. I can't think of a coach that deserves 1k wins more than Coach K.

So proud of my Dukies showing some toughness today to earn Coach K his 1000th win. Shame it couldn't have been in Cameron but I'm just glad we got the W before this tough set of games.
I've had the honor of meeting him several times (when i was younger, my basketball days) and he is one of those rare people that just brims with brilliance. Durham is proud tonight. He had done a bunch of great things for thousands of kids through his years and he's always done it class/honor. A true legend. One of the best basketball coaches ever, if not these best and certainly one of the best coaches of any sport. Again happy to be Durham and Duke bred.
Also pretty funny that after all the ESPN hype, his 1000th win was aired on FOX.

If you didn't watch the Duke/ND game you missed probably the best first half of college basketball in the past ten years.
Duke shot 81% in the first half, made something like 7/8 from deep, and just dominated defensively.
Kentucky looks mentally weak. They have all the potential in the world but they just struggle against random shitty SEC teams. Not saying UF is weak, probably the best team in the SEC next to UK, but UK has struggled at times against the pathetic SEC and they've only played four ranked teams. Duke's beaten four top ten teams. Would love to see a Duke/UK final. Duke might not have the size of UK, but they have the best player and coach in college ball.
