I have only heard cow used as in "having a cow" in which the cow is used to describe their freak out not the problem.

Most people who think it's cow seem to actually be taking it quite literally.

Clouds are quite commonly described as heavy when it's about the rain too though.

Honestly I'm not sure either way. I just hope it it gets released there are lyrics supplied.
