What do you think we can expect from it? What's the band going to be - if it's just billed as "Noel Gallagher" minus the HFB tag, can we expect Gem there? Mike Rowe? Heaven forbid, Terry?! What kind of set would it be, more of the same as the recent HFB sets, or do you think we'll see more stuff like Listen Up, Don't Go Away, Digsy's Dinner etc? Interested to know what you think might happen ... unless I missed something and it is in fact the HFB and we are gonna get ye olde set from the last tour with silly old Mucky Fingers and the Good Rebel and Little By Little ... hmrgh.

I wouldn't mind anything really as long as we get something unusual. For example, last tct gigs he played rockin chair and digsys dinner, hfb tour he surprised us with spaceman, angel child and idlers dream. Anything like that would be great. Perhaps she is love will finally get a chance live. I thought his acoustic sets from the hfb tour would have been a great opportunity for that song.

He should surprise us all and do Part Of The Queue. I really like that song but sadly it's largely ignored.

Ah,i think Mike Rowe or Russel Pitchard will play with him,and probably Terry

Anything from SOTSOG would be amazing. You're right, especially since Noel has so much to offer there. Wouldn't it be nice to hear Gas Panic with Noel, Gem, and Mike Rowe? OR better still, WDIAGW or Roll It OVer.

Was lucky enough to be there for the 2010 TCT gig, would love to hear Listen Up again acoustic as well as Fade Away. Would be a real bonus if Gem was part of the crew for the night the guy is just amazing on that electric!

I've always loved listening to noel and gem on these semi acoustic shows, gem adds a lot to the songs, he really is an amazing guitarist, and mixed with noel on vox and acoustic is just the chemistry for something special.

does any1 know if tonight's gig will be broadcast anywhere? As far as I know, it's not going to be broadcast on television live. There are some members of this board who are planning to record when they attend. However, I'm guessing if/when the TV station does eventually broadcast some of the gig, it's going to be abbreviated and they'll just air a few of the songs (like when Noel and Gem played in 2010). According to HFB drummer Jeremy Stacey's twitter: twitter.com/jezzastaceJeremy Stacey ‏@jezzastace 13h Playing the Royal Albert Hall tomorrow with Noel Gallagher and the High Flying Birds.
I'm guessing the setlist will be very similar to Dubai.

Maybe the last two songs I'll be there and I'm so excited Have fun! Gem's been spotted at Royal Albert Hall (I think it was last night or night before), so we could hope for a surprise guest showing on stage with Noel....but probably not. Not that I'm unhappy with Noel and HFB obviously. I do miss Noel and Gem together, is all. In any case, judging from Dubai, I'm sure Noel's going to have a surprise or two.
