No they shouldn't. Why would you take the mic out of the hands of the greatest lead singer in the history of music?

I think your way off base on that comment why would most of us feel bdi aren't good because of the music they write but because Liam's the frontman ,,I don't know you long enough to know if your just being sarcastic or truly serious but let me ask you this does anyone think less of led Zep because Robert plant sings Every song??? Or that sting sings all the police tunes or oozy sang all the sabbath tunes ?? No because they were true frontman and had partnerships the guitarists or base players or both wrote music they sang and wrote lyrics ,there are some bands that throw guitarists and such a bone ,,Keith in the stones and jack bruce in cream come to mind ,,,but Andy and gem aren't in that group Liam is the singer because the songs simply sound better with him singing them case closed As far as I know Beady Eye only has one singer....Liam Gallagher....and he is taking care of business. Exactly!! Not all bands need multiple singers and bdi is one of them.

I'd like Beady Eye to make more use of Gem and Andy on harmonies and backing vocals. Liam has an amazing voice, and it could be complemented even more with different styles of harmony and backing vocals.
Stop Crying Your Heart Out is a perfect example of how to use Liam as the lead vocalist but make the song even more special by contrasting his voice with other voices. Noel singing the echo-y parts like "I'm not scared", etc, complemented Liam's verses very nicely. Gem, Liam and Noel harmonized the slurred "aaahhhh" in the bridge and that sounded great. They could even do some Beatles-esque harmonies where Gem and Andy sing an additional line or hold a note longer as Liam goes into the next line of a chorus (The Night Before, etc). The interplay between Liam and Noel's voices on Cast No Shadow and Columbia also are good examples of how an additional voice to Liam's can add to songs.
Leave Liam on lead vocals but let Gem and Andy shee-ine through harmonies and backing vocals.

You are an average band but have possibly the best frontman and vocalist of his generation as your lead singer. Do you: a) Continue to allow the singer to sing the songs, or b) Have two dull no marks with no personality take over vocals for a few songs as a token gesture.
It's a tough one...

I can't decide if letting the two take on vocals would be a good decision, but imo the only thing that makes Liam's vocals special nowadays is his reputation that lingers on from the 90s. He's now a pretty average singer, feeble in power and incapable of controlling his notes on higher ranges. He does have his unique tone of voice which kinda reminds us of his heyday but he's not quite actually near that.
Maybe a few b-sides with different vocals wouldn't hurt.
