This one, people might hate it too but its not stuck in a 60s rut. Obviously there's Lennon vibes in there but we've turned it on it's head. Good to hear

We all know Liam and Noel's relationship is at rock bottom at the moment, why is everyone acting surprised? It's nothing Liam hasn't said before. It's just classless the way he did it. He could have easily sidestepped it and decided not to. They both say shit about each other, but this time, it was less of Liam doing the funny swipe like "high flying smurfs" and just more spiteful. A lot of it sounds like sour grapes. I don't know, I get trying just saying, "well their relationship has been shit for sometime", but I don't see how that excuses just unloading as if he killed your first born. It seems as if he's still hurt and there's a lot of resentment. Which is sad. I would have thought that he would have grown up a bit. It's one thing to do a swipe, but to just unload like that. If Noel did the same, I wouldn't be able to excuse it as easily. You might wanna give Noel's press conference a rewatch.

tbh I'd probably enjoy 45 minutes of Liam singing nursery rhymes so I look forward to this. I thought DGSS was good but very, very predictable. I don't want another anyway.

This is a duel. A battle, that Liam cannot win. Liam has transformed into self-parody. he could get away with it when he was in Oasis because he was in a big band which had a back catalogue of great songs written by Noel Gallagher. Now he is in a 3rd rate 60's throwback band with 1 good song and its just childish jealousy thats causing the 40 year old Liam to spout such dribble. Beady Eye is, and always will be a quest for Liam to get one over on Noel. As it stands it is Liam Gallagher 0-1 Noel Gallagher. The High Flying 'Smurfs' as Liam so elegantly puts it, ripped Beady Eye a new arsehole. Liam gave it the bigg'un straight away.. I;m sure I recall claims of "Best Album in 50 Years". Noel however, kept schtum.. and went about making an album. 2011, it happened Liam released a poor album, big hype, big bravado, little impact, no credibility. Noel comes in, press conference answers all questions in one sitting, announces album, brings it out, big hype, medium bravado, big impact, big credibility, sells millions. Liam begins with the Billy Big Bollock "we are the best" then a year down the road admits its all shit and album 2 must be better. Noel starts off downplaying everything but when he does well, then he gives off a justified Billy Big Bollock "I AM the best" Liam is probably always pissed at home screaming at the tele whenever Noel is heard and takes a line of the white stuff, Whilst Noel is probably most content at home with his wife, sipping on a cold beer listening to abit of 90;s dance music. You cant buy that sort of class... lol

ax Beatles & Stones, Standing On The Edge Of The Noise and Wind Up Dream and add In The Bubble With A Bullet and the album would have been so much better And close with WORLD OUTSIDE MY ROOM as a hidden bonus track.

Had a little read of the Q article whilst shopping earlier. They're certainly not shy in talking up the record, that's for sure. Gem called it "beyond music" (which brought about a little FFS...), Andy called it "madness", there was a reference to Liam's vocals sounding like he's in face-to-face with you - that could be good, maybe in the vein of Scorpio Rising perhaps?
Tried to look at the Mojo interview, but it was sealed up.

Sounding better and better. The bit about Liam's vocals excites me. Anyone read MOJO yet?

For example you could give Wind Up Dream to a 100 different producers and it would still sound shit. The main thing is that the right songs are there in the first place.

I'd rather Gem and Andy talk it up than Liam though, I can believe them a bit more when it comes to album promotion I don't think I'd actually listen to Gem either. I think he can actually be blinded by enthusiasm as Liam can...just not as hyperbolic about it. I remember him saying that they had had to make DGSS 13 songs because they couldn't imagine leaving any of those 13 songs off the album becaus ethy were too good. Gem is unfailingly nice and positive. Where Liam is a "best thing ever" type of person Gem is more of a "it's all good" kind of person. Maybe Andy but he barely talks. Honestly no one in BDI seemed anything other than unfailingly complimentary about DGSS. We're not gonna find out flaws or weak points from the boys I don't think.

I mean, would you expect them to be negative about the album before it is released?

I think TheImportance has summed it all up the best, yes Liam will be exaggerating, Gem probably will be as well but what are they going to say, thousands of fans want to hear about the album they're not going to say "it's alright"

i would suggest to anyone that's not happy about other members should just leave because no one cares. this place will go on and announcing exits, acting like a drama queen or whining isn't gonna change anything.
all that olesiadudnik member does is insult people anyway, big loss there.
happy new year, fuckers.

Someone on twitter said that Beady Eye will be playing as the opening act for Kasabian at TCT in March, that seems unlikely because Noel picks the acts but I think we could expect the album around that time or at least a single
