Please don't let us move this thread to somewhere else on this forum. You know what I mean. Peace and thanks. Back to the topic, I'll wait and see what Liam, Andy, Gem and Chris will "shock" us. I'm waiting for a nice shock with songs with quality, Mr. Gallagher. thanks for bringing back to topic.

everybody is whining here, i'm whining too, about your posts. but you give that damn often such weird comments about Beady Eye in a Beady Eye Fan section, that you have to understand, why people get annoyed. it's just a bit lame for me, because i'm really buzzing about the new album, to read some stupid comments and making jokes about quality and brass section, before you even heard it. i don't know you, so i don't want to judge on you, cause, maybe you're really funny, but some jokes, just don't work without hearing the voice or seeing the mime or gestures. hope you understand why i am annoyed and just want to feel like 7th heaven with all the other Beady Eye / Oasis / Noel fans about a new album. so all opinions and comments have to be positive? that's not very realistic. personally, i don't think i've said anything that negative towards BDI's new album. and i'm not going to get excited by a second hand story about an album. and again, i hope BDI's new album is really good. God bless. ok i just wanted to say, that it seemed to me, and other members, that you said nothing positive about them, so it seemed negative to us. and i have to say i feel really happy, when i see, that you hope that the album will be good^^. the first time for me that i read something nice about them, written by you. and yeah of course you can write what you want, cause its a forum ...

You both have been regulars on this forum for years now, but if you both have something personally to say each other, you better use pm, not keep posting off topic stuffs. Thanks.

Well I had only been to a local football club for a mate's birthday, it shuts at around midnight and the girl behind the bar offered me a lift home so I was home relatively early.
I didn't know that was a problem.

Looking forward to the record, but I'm not letting the hype machine infect me with its hyperbole.

Come on guys, lets drop all this.....WHAT ABOUT BEADY EYE!?! Well I'm pretty excited. More about the little things like the fact that we're having a brass section in one of the songs and how prolific the boys seem to be at the moment which is very good to hear. Of course with all these kinds of statement you've got to take it with a pinch of salt so I'm not getting ahead of myself yet

Rodgers is known by Arcade Fire fans as being... less than satisfactory in the way he goes about promoting them (among other bands). Honestly, I'd take everything he says with a handful of salt. That being said, I would love to be shocked by Beady Eye's new album. Both DGSS and HFB were too safe for me to really like them, I'm looking forward to something new from both of them.

on Dave Sitek's wiki page it says he was voted 'most forward thinking person in music' by NME in 2008. whether that's really true, i don't know considering wikipedia. i really don't care what BDI's new album's theme is or how it sounds but hopefully they don't try to be too different. it's really hard to ruin a song that's good at its core, hopefully they focus on their songs melodies.
God bless.

I really like Beady Eye, think their debut album was good, did surprise me to be honest.
Now hearing all this great stuff from the manager you have to take with a pinch. Reminds me of Liam in interviews from the past when he said every new Oasis album was the best one. Remember him on Big Breakfast telling Johnny Vaughn how standing on the shoulder of giants is the best Oasis album yet !
Granted its not Liam but either way its their 'manager' who isnt going to come out and say its crap is he. That sound recorder jumping at the chance to work with BDI after hearing the demos sounds promising.
Either way it sounds good that we'll be getting a new album and surely some new b-sides with the amount of tunes theyre recording.
I'm not going to believe the hype when Liam comes out saying how great the album is, i think 'perhaps' after the debut album not going #1, gigs not selling out etc i think he might be a bit more realistic this time. I'm hoping for some good tunes, not saying it'll be the album of the year or that but i'm looking forward to it but keeping my feet on the ground.
From hearing that interview it seems there might be the odd surprise on the album which sounds good. Looking forward to it

As someone mentioned, I hope 'radical' doesn't mean a bit of sitar on it - I can imagine Gem or Liam saying 'cool, just like The Beatles man'.
Given the recent noises from the management and the choice of producer, it seems like they've got the message and someone's slapped them around the face and told them to get out of their 60s fixation.
That said, this news is just what us massive sceptics of the band needed. Was expecting more of the same - which going on previous form with these guys in Oasis and as Beady Eye made me more excited at the prospect of finding a Quality Street down the back of the sofa. But this has got me excited - looks like the site is officially back on the Beady Eye circus after an enjoyable time with Noel.

'you're better than that vocal, Liam, you deserve more. and stand up straight, you're too hunched over at the mic...' God bless.

Noel said something once about producers. I can't remember the exact fucking quote. Something like this... "don't hire a fucking producer vagina if you ain't ready to listen to his shite ideas. Anyway, Lillywhite or Liam said something about The Roller and the Lennon ecco thing in the vocals. The producer didn't want that stuff cause it was derivative, innit. Maybe they sould have just listened to LW and not fuck about. Chemin des Papes is a nice red wine. I'ts from Cottes Du Rhone ...is that is a real place?
Maybe they should just let this Sitek person produce the record and not meddle in his shit.
