The 1994 gig is pretty well known but you never hear about this one. I'm curious...what was the setlist??

Did Liam not walk off after forgetting the words to most of the songs they did at this? Might be getting mixed up with something else.

According to Paolo Hewitt's ever-useful book Getting High (p39-41) they played:
Rockin Chair (but Liam, being drunk, forgot the words so they abandoned it. Liam then joked that he could remember one song... and sung a line of "Kumbaya my Lord" to cheers from the 500-strong crowd).
Then Noel played Wonderwall, Don't Look Back in Anger and Cast No Shadow, finishing the performance at midnight.

I've never heard of the 95 gig ever? Heard of the 1994 gig. Was it the same venue?

So does this mean that Liam would have sang wonderwall acoustically at this little gig? Or did he only sing cast no shadow? If he did sing it, this would be amazing to find, seeing as he only sang it acoustically like this once and that was in 2005.

Yes,I remember reading about that in Paolo Hewitt's book, just didnt remember that it was the Virgin Megastore 1995 gig. I knew it was a MG promo gig though.

Noel was doing Wonderwall accoustically at gigs at the time so I would have thought he would have sang it at this gig too. Not sure if Liam would have known the words.

None of the setlists suggested here - including the one from rantboy - are complete, and this is one of a handful of shows I still don't know the full setlist for myself. I guess we're getting closer now, though. Anyway, here is what I can add; Live Forever was performed with Liam on vocals. (I will upload an audio clip that can confirm this - edit: uploadmirrors.com/download/0U1U8048/Oasis-VirginMegastore1995-clip-joakim.wav)Wonderwall was performed with Noel on vocals. Rockin' Chair was - as davidjay mentioned - played, or at least attempted. Noel dared Liam to remember the words for this. Given how they played the song in Blackpool the following day, it's not unlikely they did play it, but it's not been confirmed that they played the full song. -Liam sang one line from Country House by Blur to a huge cheer from the audience. This performance was on the same day as the (WTS)MG-release party, and the band were very drunk, but in good spirits. As many of you are probably aware, someone thought it'd be a good idea to have the release party in the morning.

now part 2 could someone tell me where this video was shot ? I replied in the topic as well, but just to confirm; this is from the HMV Superstore in Toronto, on Dec 12th 1995. This was the day before the Much Music performance, and their gig at The Warehouse.
