When you have all your Oasis CDs and DVDs next to your computer screen so you can look at the covers whenever you want without even having to turn your head.

When you check your friend's CD collections and ipods for Oasis as soon as you get the opportunity, and your respect for them fluctuates based on what you find
When you're American, and you drift in and out of an English accent occasionally

When you check your friend's CD collections and ipods for Oasis as soon as you get the opportunity, and your respect for them fluctuates based on what you find i so do that!!! there was this guy that i thought didnt really like all that much, but he recognised that my wallpaper on my phone was of noel gallgher and knew the lyrics to live forever (which is really rare around here -.-) and i dont know if it s psychological thing but seriously, he turned out to be such a great guy =P and also....your mum knows just how much you love this band so insanely much is willing to let me take a few days off school, to let me go to fuckin sydney and stay at a friends place just so you can see oasis in concert. and she is paying for most of it o.O ha ha, and when you integrate oasis references into both english (somehting about a picture of liam gallagher visually represents time....) and history assignments (we could pick and i did britpop as a topic from the 20th century =D) and lastly, during my maths exam today i had noel gallgher's voice talking to me! ha ha it was so random. but i had a very pleasant conversation with imaginary noel...he was dead nice =P

I have done that, even though I am sure the staff were on the verge of calling security as I was loitering a little bit too long

....you hear the importance of being idle on the radio and it just doesn't sound right without the meaning of soul after it. Or you've convinced yourself that Gallagher is a really nice name for your first born.

you keep telling people who are not oasis fans how great oasis are and dont stop telling them until they agree with you! Spot On! Meaning everytime a new bootleg appears u put it on cd in your car to c if they get turned on by a different sound from a different gig. im trying everything to change my g/f mates and parents opinion of the boys.

Remember "Select" magazine?
Ten years ago, during "Wonderwall" mania, they offered a free Liam "blow-up doll" with the magazine. It's a cartoon charicature (sp?) about 1' tall, of Liam.
I still have it. Hanging from my basement ceiling.
(there was also a Jarvis Cocker doll and one of that guy from the Prodigy, but I got the Liam).
Is that weird?
Yes. Yes, it's very weird.

- When you say fooking instead of fucking, but you're not a Mancunian - Insist on playing at least one Oasis track at a gig/band practice - When you undertake a conversation with cousins which turns into 'Oasis vs the rest of the music world in the last few years', but the winner is the same time, every time and every fooking time after that... - Knowing that you could be feeling anything i.e. pissed off, ecstatic, sad, but to then put on an Oasis track and the world suddenly gets put right again - Having Bring It On Down or Acquiesce blasting through your headphones and instantly wanting to mow down everybody within a 15mile radius with the song - Skipping non-Oasis tracks on the mp3 player/computer - You're convinced that every set of Oasis lyrics are the greatest to be penned by anyone ever - Watching an Oasis DVD/show, getting out the guitar and trying to replicate the show note by note (but failing miserably )
