I hate people when they put their bags or whatsever in the seat next to them in a packed train and pretending that they don't see a lot of people are standing and if someones asks them "Can I sit here?", they get upset. Just WRONG. Common sight here on Italian public transports, unfortunately...  |

I can't stand Chris Martin, but keeping comparing which one is better - Oasis or Coldplay is non-sense. I thought they are certainly above average (though I dont own any of their albums) but that frontman Alex Turner seems to be highly overrated. No disrespect to the guy, he is great, but in the Top 5 of all time? Come on.

I think Nirvana might be the most overrated band of the last 30 years. I get their influence on society and musical culture, but the music is at best average most of the time. Just sayin'. I won't go that far but they weren't even the best band of their era late 80's-mid 90's. Sonic Youth, The Pixies, and my personal favorite Pavement were all far more interesting and better bands. Stephen Malkmus's messy, sarcastic, but melodic songwriting is up there with Noel, Ray Davies, John Lennon, Mecca as far as I'm concerned. Now I wasn't "there" in the early 90's but I understand the importance Nirvana had but it comes down to the music and those three bands along with some others are just better musically than Nirvana for me but they were a talented but yeah I agree people are hung up on them a bit too much when there were better bands out there. |

I think Little James is a sweet song, I don't know what it was doing on an album that was meant to highlight a mature Oasis sound but there you go.
