I'd hate for you to have to start yelling on my account. Nah believe it or not I'm down to 195 6 ft 1 at 47 not bad and my blood pressure is now 110 over 65 just had physical no bullshit so I'm way calmer now ,way way calmer gotta live long to spend my money don't want any greedy basterds getting ,it so I'm cool  |

Nice I'm down to under 200 gettin to old to be over that you got 11 more years til 40 18 to my age ,,so keep it up !!!! Remember though as you age you wanna be leaner cause its harder to maintain muscle as u age that's why I went for cut. Look lots of cardio and reps these days instead of heavy liftin little reps ,,don't bounce anymore and chicks seem to dig lean look these days and I know Diane does so its cool ,,,real cool |
