I'm a guitarist and a songwriter, I'm sort of in a band and sort of a solo artist. I personally think my songs are good enough to make it when I put my heart into it, but the thought of so many people who are talented songwriters (some even that I've spoke to via email/Facebook) puts me off even trying sometimes. I feel the same way about my book sometimes. But here's how I see it: There are different styles of writing and different styles of music. It's all up to interpretation. I enjoy some of my friends' writing and think that they're soooo much better than me at times. But I use that to inspire me to be better at my own work. I say keep at it Ginger, and enjoy what you do. I'd love to hear some of your music sometime. (I tend to listen while I write.)

I like Adele's new Bond theme. It sounds good. It's not bad. Not the best thing I've ever heard, but it is atleast listenable. Is it just me, or does she have some of the worst pronunciation ever on some of those words. It's hard to tell if she is from Britain or Alabama. There I said it . . .

It's very average. It's better than the previous three which were mostly forgettable, but it just sounds far too much like the usual Bond track. Also, I'm a little put off by the mix. The orchestrations really should Adele's voice and the cliche backing vocals don't help. Also, one you've listened to the first minute and half, the rest of the song isn't needed.

Some people in this country need a slap. Honestly, if you don't like it here where your food is protected by our farmers, go to North Korea and whinge there. Farmers actually shoot animals because they wreck crops not for fun.

i think i'm the only one that likes the jack white/alica keys track. I don't mind it as a song but it really doesn't suit as a Bond theme IMO

The Jack White/Alicia Keys one was lame. Probably the worst duet ever, the song goes nowhere. They probably weren't even in the same room during the recording. Like them both though.
The Adele one isn't that great either. No interest in it whatsoever. It just sounds like filler to me. And I like her stuff too.

Only if the ones we're talking about would know it...
