I'm calling Digital Stores to ask for a refund and then download it off Pirate Bay.

The set reall is top quality. 2 DVDs (or one loaded BluRay) and a CD for this price is amazing. Just made my way through the demos (all awesome stuff) and the gig itself.

the gig at the 02 is brillant, and I love how is recorded, but the acoustic set is filmed horrible.

got the blu ray yesterday, really love the Broken arrow demo, the 02 gig is great also
indeed te acoustic set is filmed really bad looks like they put a web stream on a blu ray.

Watching the second half of the O2 gig now on youtbue, but need to order myself a copy for a the blu ray quality, the demos, and the fact that I can watch in any day (we all know it will be eventually taken off youtube).

Plus it's shit quality compared to the O2 gig, disappointed.

Watched the O2 gig tonight, great stuff. Held back from watching the acoustic stuff so far, I did flick it on just to suss out the quality and while I wouldn't go as far as web stream it's certainly a massive step down from the awesome production of the main gig.
Ride The Tiger is even better on blu-ray than DVD.
Been enjoying the demos since I got home (was on holiday when my orders were delivered), they were the first priority upon receipt. I'd say he best are Everybody's on the Run, Fallen Angel, Freaky Teeth and I'd Pick You Every Time, the latter being, in my opinion, preferable to the b-side version.
I'm presuming that this is it now for this release cycle though I still hold out optimistically for some sort of EP containing a couple of 'finished' versions of Freaky Teeth

Great package all round and a nice souvenir of a great tour and album. It's a shame each Oasis tour wasn't followed up with something like this.
Managed to get almost everything Noel's released so far - although I'll admit defeat on the iTunes Festival EP.

I have a standalone Blu Ray player which will display the 50hz signal so I was good either way but I wanted to let everyone else know as some people might not have that option. |
