I did not care for Evebody's on the run, Dream on sounded like he just woke up... Oh well, i though we would get SOTSOG like demos, but apparently not. Still a nice treat

Record Machine is not the Oasis demo. There's elements (especially the solo and the keys) of it in there but it's a different take. Probably an earlier or later take

I wonder if some of those are the Garageband demos he talked about during the DOYS interview. Some of them sound too unpolished to be from a real studio.

I'd feel pissed if the demos were better than the final versions. These are how demos (in their very early stages) sound like. SOTSOG demos sound like studio sessions. Where Noel is fairly sure what he's going to do. Most demos are for feeling out and it seems that what Noel's doing in these songs. Feeling out textures for his voice and other parts of the song. |
