the demos are actually pretty disappointing... don't like all the strange effects, filters and reverbs they put on some of his vocals (e.g. "death of you and me")... "everybody's on the run" is pretty much the highlight of the whole disc... "i'd pick you everytime" sounds good too without the banjo
