Sound good. Bit weird how high the vocal is in the mix.
Don't know why they feel they need to make everything 10 to 15 minutes long though. I don't think there is anything I regularly want to sit and listen to for 15 minutes straight.
Songs should be 7-8 minutes max.

Exactly. 15 min of "What a liifffeee" being repeated over and over isn't my idea of good music. All Around the World on the other hand, that could be 20 min and it still wouldn't be long enough. |

Really liking segment 1. The female vocals fit in extremely well there, unlike previous AA stuff with Noel/Oasis.

I really like a lot of what I am hearing but I think it might be 10 minutes TOO long. I can't wait to hear some non-NGHFB tracks from the AA project. I wanna see how this is really going to shake out.

So far in all their Noel collaborations they tend to just keep repeating lines over and over for 10 minutes. That gets old fast. It was cool for Shoot A Hole Into The Sun but the Falling Down remix is 20 minutes TOO long. I've heard AA's material It isn't all repetitive like this. I wonder if it is at Noel's request? Lets see some proper psychedelic music. |

Like some of the different sounds and things which is a positive if Noel actually does the AA album but I really can't stand the female backing vocals I don't want any of that going near the new album it was bad enough for me on Let The Lord Shine A Light On Me and that was just a b side. On a Paul Weller record, yes, Noel Gallagher just doesn't suit it. A lot of Noel's most famous songs have been sometimes laddish sing-alongs but fair play to him for trying something new I suppose if the album is ever released. I'd prefer Noel to stick to what he's good at for instance the death of you and me or if I had a gun... which are sing alongs but without some of the attitude because Liam's not there which most people love

i really loved "shoot a hole into the sun" and i loved high flying birds and the b-sides but i have to say that there were words like "pure shite" or "rubbish" in my head, while i was listening to "aka what a life" remix.
don't like these disco style sounding drums and bells or what the hell it is. hope that the other ones are more in the mood of "shoot a hole into the sun" but thats just my opinion. i tried to give it a chance, but the first 2 times it failed for me. maybe the third time.
