Wow, I didn't think Liam could pull off RNRS that well. Sure, it's not '94 Liam, but considering that he butchered that one in 04 and 09 it really shows that his voice got better  New song sounds good, nothing groundbreaking but album/single material for sure. |

I think that the performance of Rock 'N' Roll Star was even better than the 2008 rehearsal performance. Nice to hear him sing it without the cutting short of lines.

It was by far the best gig I've ever been to. The highlight was when the first note of Rock n Roll star was played and the whole place just went berserk, I had a massive shiver go down my spine at that point! The set list was perfect, loads of energy the band was on top from and for once I think everyone can agree Liam sounded fantastic and because of how good the sound was you could really notice. Must of been like seeing Liam in the 90's was like (unfortunately I would really know) There was so much power in it, he held notes really well and even a few trademark sneering out the last word of a verse. It's kinda hard to explain but his voice isn't as 'flat' as it has been, like he's actually singing instead of trying the shout out the notes like he did before but his voice actually sounds more powerful this way imo To be honest I always thought Liam sounded good at Beady Eye gigs because the songs were arranged around his voice to fit his range so he was never really pushing it, I always thought he would really struggle with Oasis songs now days, I couldn't have been more wrong though. I mean Morning Glory is a really hard song to sing and he really pulled it off. The new song was good I think, only heard it once but I was humming the chorus on the way home today. Kinda Wigwam mixed with In the bubble. I got to meet Scully before the gig as well, really nice bloke but wouldn't take me backstage unfortunately  |

He sang Morning Glory better than he has done for about 10 years. That's not an exaggeration. He's butchered that song since 2002. Sounded listenable again.
