Will there be a second album anytime soon?
Probably on extreme minorities here, I actually prefer to have a second Beady Eye album soon rather than one from NHFB!

maybe we'll get a brand new song this summer. but i think the album is going to be released in 2013. noel said that the AA stuff maybe won't be released and he's going to take two years off so BE album will be released before noel's

I want a BE album more than Noel... Noel's album is a bit too boring for me.
At least Beady Eye has a bit of jump around in it.

I'm also looking forward to Beady Eye's second album more, I think it'll be released early 2013, single maybe a round November. Really hoping they play some new stuff at the gigs over the summer!

To be honest, I'm surprised we haven't heard anything yet. I'm very pleased with Noel's job, the High Flying Birds album is massive to me, so I'm waiting for new stuff from Beady Eye. I think the 2nd album will be more regular and mature. They should release in the summer  |

I'm all in for Beady Eye's new record. Really amped for it. I'm guessing by the end of the summer we'll know some serious details. Agree with Rolo, November would be nice. Although, their first record snuck up pretty quickly.

I'm actually very surprised that we haven't heard anything yet. I was expecting to hear something regarding the new release by now at the latest, the last thing we heard anything about the new release was when Liam won XFM's greatest frontman and that was a good while a go, been no news for ages. I would of thought they maybe would of released a stand a lone single to promote their few festival gigs over the summer, when do you think we will hear some news?

Obvoiusly hope they dont rush the second album, be good to release a single of worlds not set in stone to keep fans happy over the summer/winter and then release the album some point next year.
Problem is with singles they hardly do anything in the charts

Latest issue of Japanese Rockin' On magazine has an interview with Liam, saying they have not started recording yet but they've been writing songs right now, and BDI will be back in February 2013.

Can't listen at the min, what does he say about the album? Most of the songs are written but they haven't recorded anything yet. They're also taking their time this time round and I get the impression they feel DGSS was a bit rushed from this interview although they obviously like it. Gem says there are enough songs but it sounds like they're waiting till they have 10-11 that they're really happy with. They must have either recorded or worked on worlds not in set in stone in the studio to be confident enough with it to play it live
