Just having a look around Companies House to confirm their address and was puzzled to see this:
"Status: Active - Proposal to Strike off "
And this
"Next Return Due: 17/11/2011 OVERDUE"
So what's going on here? Big Brother Recordings and Sour Mash Records, both registered to the same address, don't have any overdue returns. Is this just sloppy accounting procedures or a sign of something more troubling?

They're still talking about making another album so I assume that they aren't in big financial trouble.
Maybe they've decided to sign themselves to a label and ditch the idea of doing it all themselves under a label they own...which might not be a bad idea really.

I'd imagine it's some of the fall-out of the management change - ignition basically run the 'labels' from in-house, so it's probably part of the ongoing rumblings. I'd expect the next BDI to be openly on a major label.

I keep seeing this management change mentioned, but I can't find an actual story attached to it. Where does this info come from?

It wasn't an announcement or a news story.
They used to be managed by Ignition and now they are on someone else's website as clients. Presumably that means they changed management.
