Great to see that they sold a good amount of vinyl singles.
I think it's further proof that it was a mistake not to release CD singles though. Obviously the fanbase wants a physical product.
Hopefully they do CD singles next time around.

I think they've kind of been testing out certain ideas the last year (like recording a sparse album in very little time, releasing all their singles as vinyl/download only, not playing oasis songs) just to get a feel for it and see what works and what doesn't. The fact that Liam has already stated the second album will be a much "more grand affair" and that they'll be playing oasis songs in the future kind of supports this theory. I always think it's a band's second album that is the test as to whether or not they'll be sticking around
