I was front row, center at the gig last night and took some great pics with my iPhone. If anyone knows how I can upload them on here, I'll do it. I also have a pretty good clip of The Morning Son if anyone's interested.
Epic gig, by the way! Flew in from Texas and met Gem and Andy before the concert, then got a man-hug from Liam at the end of Sons of the Stage! (he jumped off the stage and walked between the barricade and stage)

Very cool! Not so sure how to upload pics here yet, but I'll keep an eye on the post to see them when you do. Sounds like SF was a blast. Going to DC and NY next week, so I'm excited! How did you meet Gem and Andy before the show? Did you have to wait in line a long time before the show to get front row?

Yeah it was a great show!! Wish I could go to the LA gig. Got to meet Gem, Andy and Chris after the show and cannot believe how cool and humble these guys are. Being a fan of both Gem's and Andy's former bands I never thought I'd get to stand around and talk to Andy about his mix tapes and ask Gem about his guitar. Chris Sharrock cracked me up when I told him great show his reply was thanks mate, my arms av gone to sleep before meh self. Haha
Been to all the Oasis shows in San Francisco except for their first gig and this Beady Eye show was pure class!
You can sign up for a free Photobucket acount and upload the pics there, then you can add the links here to each photo.

There was a one way street next to the venue and my brother and I saw the tour bus parked there so we decided to take a looksee and the security guys said as long as you stand across the street you guys can wave hello to the band when they come out. So we stuck around and a few more fans came over. There was about 20 people and we were all raving how good the gig was and a few fans mentioned that they felt the High Flying Birds show from 2 weeks ago was somewhat boring..
After about 15-20 minutes here's Andy and Gem coming out so we all rushed to say hello expecting to grab just a quick glimpse of them and sure enough they both walked out onto the street and chatted with fans and everyone took turns showing appreciation and taking pictures. I approached Chris Sharrock and had a chat with him, he was really soft spoken and was so humble after we mentioned how cool we thought his drumming was.
A few people also mentioned that before the show the band was buying gatorade and bottled water across the street from the venue where there was a Beverages and More.

Thanks so much - got to meet Gem briefly before the June show in Philly, enough to get my pic taken with him, but thought it was just a freak event that they were shopping across the street before the gig. Sounds like they really enjoy connecting with their fans. Congrats to you - very cool!

I was there too...By any chance, did you take pics when Liam came out? I didn't see Liam at all after he walked offstage to greet the fans. Got to take pictures with Gem, Andy and Chris. I asked Gem where Liam was and he said that he had left for LA ahead of the band. Maybe its the truth or Gem, Andy and Chris came out to greet fans as a distraction so Liam can get on the tour bus without fans seeing him. Maybe? Maybe not?

great pics. me and my fiance were closer to gem's side bout second row back. the cool part she got to lightly squeeze liam's hand when he got down to the front.
it was so surreal to be so close to the liam and the band. it was a great night. i got to talk to the guys in b.b.r. which were chillin' near the merch table.

I caught Gem and Andy coming off of the tour bus, on a side-street next to the venue. Liam DID NOT get off at the same time and I never saw him exit in the 10-15 minutes I stood around after the bus arrived.
I was sat in a bar 15 feet on the other side of the street, playing Oasis albums in their entirety and drinking gin and tonics for hours before the show. I walked to the venue to scope it out around 11:00-11:00 am. There was nobody there at that time.
About 2:30-3:00 pm, I came 'round again and there were 3 people outside, waiting. (guy with a pretty green t-shirt, guy in a MCFC shirt and an older man with a guitar) I spoke with them for a bit and went back to the bar, where I was with a friend who flew with me from Texas.
I checked the line regularly and decided when my friend's brother arrove from Seattle that we would take turns holding place in line so that we could continue to have drinks. When the doors opened, I made a mad dash to the barricade so that I could ensure my front row, center spot.
I've seen Oasis in NYC (twice), Chicago, Detroit, Vegas, Vancouver and Dallas. I'd have to say that Beady Eye were VERY tight as a band and Liam sounded much better than he did on the last couple of tours with Oasis. (I expected this, as I've watched basically every YouTube video of theirs)
I pogo-ed throughout the show and was absolutely bonkers, as I usually am at Oasis gigs and Liam definitely noticed. My friends were a few rows back and said that nobody matched my enthusiasm, but that could be them trying to boost my ego... However, Liam did give me his trademark staredown a few times over the course of the evening. And, like I said in my original post, I got a bro-hug from him when jumped off the stage at the end of Sons of the Stage.
All in all, it was a fantastic day and an unreal night! Great gig, just lacking the quintessential Oasis belters. I'll certainly see them the next time around. Cheers!

Hey, SF in the house! I posted this elsewhere, but I did get the chance to meet the band before the show. I waited outside the stagedoor entrance starting at 4:00, and Gem and Andy arrived on a tour bus at 4:30 and paused to greet the fans on their way in to soundcheck. Liam dashed out of a red Chevy minivan at 5:30 but didn't pause for the fans at that point; however he stopped briefly at 6:30 after soundcheck was over. (I tried waiting outside the club in LA, too, but it didn't work out.)
The SF show was pretty good, off to a slow start and Liam's voice rocky by the end. Liam shook hands with many of us the front row afterwards. The LA show was terrific, and the band was so high off the energy; they were having a blast. Then Liam came down to the front row again, but that time he kissed me on the cheek!
Hope the East Coast shows were also fun for everyone, nataliemckinney!

Thanks so much, they were awesome on the east coast side as well. I think I read somewhere that you got to give Liam your painting? How'd that go? What did he say???
