I quite like the new recording of the chorus vox... but then I didn't hate the woo-hoos!
Looking forward to hearing the new vocal tracks on the AA album.

I like the remixes by unkle. I would have liked to have seen UNKLE do some remixes at the time of DOYS, but I thought the prodigy and chemical brothers remixes were great

Wonder how they're planning on releasing these remixes? I was thinking maybe Noel's planning on putting out a 'deluxe' edition of the HFB album with a bonus disc including all the b-sides (including the proper studio version of Freaky Teeth) plus a few remixes. But then again why has it been only UNKLE's remixes that we've heard, if he was planning on doing that then we would have probably heard other remixes from other artists by now?

Do you guys think that's really Noel doing those vocals for the chorus in a take of the song or they were altered? Because that seems really high for Noel

No higher than the backing bits in something like CNS.

Guess he may do a deluxe package of the AA and HFB albums + remixes and b-sides mid to late next year. Throw in a DVD with a concert and the video clips on it perhaps.

No higher than the backing bits in something like CNS. Uh it definitely sounds like it is to me. And it doesn't have as much of a falsetto sound... I think the vocals have been modified

No sign of a dj-free version of this anywhere yet?

great find, jim. i'm listening now, excellent quality. unfortunately, it doesn't seem that they give you the option of d/l'ing that.... i could record it out to my cd recorder, but it would probably be the same quality as the one you did.... maybe someone else out there knows a way to do a direct rip.

Here is my lossless rip from the KCRW stream. It was flv file and i extracted the audio with flvextract. The original audio stream from the KCRW stream is 128 Kbps Mp3. So it's the direct rip, without re-encoding. However, it's great quality! and thanks Jim for the link Enjoy Download link: www.multiupload.com/YC9YZLGSZRSoundcloud link (to share with your mates): soundcloud.com/icebreath/aka-what-a-life-unkle-remix
