Liam says Noel's been covering them(and doing a bad job at it)...
oh god... you know this wont end well.
Personally i think they're Oasis songs and if someone other than OASIS is singing them, i mean i guess you could consider it a "cover".
Now, if you think hey Noel used to sing DLBIA so he's not really covering it, he's singing it just like he did when he was wight Oasis then i guess that makes sense too.
I certainly wouldn't consider Liam singing Supersonic in Beady Eye a cover.

I think he was talking about supersonic, he might have been furious that Noel plays it.
All the other one were Noel sung song, except for IGTBF and Wonderwall but he was used to sing them.
So I think Liam is mostly saying that to piss Noel off and because he thinks the accoustic version of Supersonic has no interest.
I think he'll definitely play Oasis song with beady eye on the next tour even if it's just to piss Noel off.

One may say Hey i made those songs famous, the other one may say Hey, I wrote them. It's like a never-ending vicious cycle. Noel is perfectly right to play his songs. I still don't see the point in playing LBL but that's another story. As for Liam, I think he's tired of not relying to Oasis, he miss the songs, that's why he wanted the reunion tour, if it doesn't happen, he'll play Oasis in BDI song to remind people his role in it. He's obviously annoyed that Noel gets to keep all the Oasis heritage and he doesn't, so he'll do something about it. |

I mean if he was he'd just start singing them right away. I think it commendable of him and the rest of the band to not play any Oasis on their first tour. anywho, if he decided to include some of them in the future, it would be because he misses and loves singing them. |

Noel playing songs he wrote does not constitute a cover version. Beady Eye playing songs Liam, Andy, or Gem wrote does not. Beady Eye playing songs Noel wrote does.
