Who hasn't downloaded the radio or cd rip and is waiting till Monday for the official release ??
Just curious. Gives me something to look forward to, good things come to those who wait and all that shite.

I doubt you're the only one no, and well done for waiting. You obviously have better self control than me and most others on here.
Obviously I've pre-ordered the album weeks ago, but I've downloaded every Oasis leak since SOTSOG. There's no way I could wait while everyone else has heard it.

I haven't. I've just been speculating and, like, prejudging all along. This thing is in America I have to wait til November, and I don't mind waiting, cause then I will get a job and then I will be able to buy it, but first I've got take public transportation cause I can't buy over the internet because I ain't got no debit card because obviously I'm gainfully unemployed. In fact, I was really overly optimistic about getting a job before November--- in that case, I prob won't have the actual record til next year, like,...and even that is me being optimistic.

First time in a long time that I've waited fr the actual release. I remember downloading a crap DOYS leak and still I recall that as the first time I heard all those songs which ruined the initial enjoyment for me a lot. I know there's some good quality leaks out there now but I want my first listen to be off the CD with my headphones.
But yeah it's been hard to resist, I've been avoiding it all week..!!!

I first wanted to, but then realised I wouldn't be able to play the actual vinyl until the friday after release. Downloaded the latest version uploaded by that guy named Tim and it sounds really good. I'm not regretting it. In the end it doesn't matter that much...

Despite the 320kb rip of the CD being available I'm still holding out until monday. Really ruined the initial impact of the BDI album by listening to a over-compressed shit quality leaked version before hearing it properly. Really don't wanna make the same mistake with Noels album...

Man, this album better be good! I'm fuckin sick and tired of supporting these motherfuckin millionaires for however long now, since the fuckin fall of '96 when I was just wee boy of 15. I'm fuckin sick and tired of scrounging enough change every couple of years to get these records, BUT now a couple times a year no less. Gawd, if I was living with Mom still, I wouldn't have this conundrum-- I would just go into her bag, like. THIS ALBUM BETTER BE GOOD.

I'm still waiting to listen to the full thing. I listened to EOTR, Record Machine and Stop The Clocks cos I already knew them and I downloaded Simple Game of Genius cos I won't get buy itunes version but Dream On, Broken Arrrow, Wrong Beach and Soldier Boys will all be new (although I did happen to be in the room when a friend of mine was listening to 6 music when Wrong Beach was being played).

I said to myself if it gets within a week of the release and it hasn't leaked i'd wait, i'm not usually one to wait even if i've paid already like this one but decided if I could go that far then a week is nothing. I've heard the singles/b-sides and the bonus track so that's enough anyway and if what people are saying about it is true then i'm going to enjoy the first listen  |

I have listened to all the b-sides, EOTR and STC on low volume on the ipad, cant wait to get the CD in the car, judging by comments on here i'm in for a treat with Broken Arrow!!

I havent listened to it yet and im at uni and am going to have to get my partents to send the album up to me so im gunna have to wait a few days before i get my hands on it. I couldnt help but listen to everybodys on the run on the radio the other morning but apart from that ive avioded everything else. record machine id heard the demo. i hadnt listened to any soundchecks so ive still got a fair few songs to hear  . |

I've unintentionally heard little clips here and there, such as on the BBC Radio 4 Front Row interview and the Newsnight interview, but I haven't listened to it at all. I thought it would be harder to restrain myself but I've lasted the whole week and Monday can't come quick enough!

Just bought the album in a shop an hour ago. This is the standard editon. I've ordered the delux editon and a couple of vinyls. Hopfully they'll arrive at my door this afternoon. I just couldn't wait, so that's why I bought the standard edition as well. Now I can finally post my review.  Booklet is pretty cool too. "I am programmed to destro all evil" is the first thing you see when you open the booklet.  |
