The last thing this album needs is slowing down. If one wants to have input into an artists music DON'T!!! as Noel said, pick up a guitar and form a band..... If one is not dedicated or talented enough to make an impact as an artist then please refrain from digging out the work of a genius. Leave it alone and either enjoy it in the form the artist chose to release it or step away from it.
Its all a little bit rich that you are on an Noel forum yet see it fit to correct his efforts??

You can't slow a sound down without altering it's pitch, it's basic music theory. If you do, it sounds horrible and stretched, as that file does. Sometimes you can alter and slow down sounds to great success. The first minute or so of Strawberry Fields Forever has a slower, stretched out lead vocal creating an otherworldly effect. Know what you mean mate, but that tune is slowed down along with the pitch, not just the tempo.

It must suck to be a musician in the digital age. It must suck to have your half finished artwork stolen at sound checks and off of demo reels and then have people re-do your artwork and then turn around and share it with the rest of the world under the guise of 'this is how it should have been done'. No respect at all for the artists vision of how he wants his work presented to the general public. It's like saying, 'I hate the fact that the Mona Lisa has 2 eyes. She would look so much better with an eye patch over this one, so let me get my brush out and take care of that real quick.'

I liked how when Radiohead's In Rainbows came out, they let fans download music stems (guitar, bass, strings, drums, vocals, keyboards) to their singles 'Nude' and 'Reckoner'. They urged fans to create any version their hearts desired. Very interesting idea. Some mixes came out extremely well. Others...not so much. Definitely a cool idea.

Why do you think he isn't satisfied with the production?

Another Kaiser Chiefs moment? Maybe we will see Prettyvacant on stage at the 1st Noel gig? Ha ha. Nice one Banksy! Drugs usually do the trick for me! Amphetamines to speed it up, Hashish to slow it down. Job done!!

That's soooo wrong it's not true. Radiohead = Bladerunner Oasis/Noel = Star Wars Well it did happen. Not just for one radiohead single but for two of them. Also Blade Runner is a great film much like Radiohead being a great band and extremely innovative when it comes to rewarding their fans with cool release platforms. Noel is starting to do more of this with 3 singles and 3 b sides coming out before the album drops. The bonus tracks of ASGOG and AOTR is also a nice touch. It's a shame Oasis lost this aspect of the band toward the end.

You can slow music down without changing it's pitch.
There are programs that do it.

Thanks for the feedback guys.Unfortunately, i can't give anyone a link to download the mp3 because it's a copyrighted material. But you can download it with the most download managers i think. How did you do this? I usually use Audacity, but it changes the pitch if you want to slow the track down I guess.
