Tried goldwave, audacity, nerovision, itunes, freerip - nothing will play the file let alone convert it! Aaarrrgh!!

Make sure you that when you convert you do it at 256- that's what the original file is.

you can only access it on 5 computers with the password, and you cant convert it because its a protected file....give me 20 minutes, i might have figured something out...
