Learn the songs from NGHFB, take them on tour and sing them! :-)
They hate each other anyways, right?

Actually, Noel should do a cover of Bring The Light

Could you imagine the reaction the NME would have to either of them covering the other? If one of them mentions the other it's a headline so if they cover the other the site would have nothing else on it lol

that would be diabolical yet hilariously awesome. It would be, and it would actually generate attention worthy of being covered by news outlets other than the NME Would be funny as hell too...and the tour would sell out as fast (if not faster) than beady eye shows

Writing some decent tunes would be a start. Yeah he's tried that and I think he does waaaay better singing Noel's songs.

More rock songs. I don't want to hear shite like Bring the Light....he is more than capable of doing Cigarettes and Alcohol-like tunes.

You've never listened to Jerry Lee Lewis? Eddie Cochran? Little Richard?

Liam should weed out the too-obvious cliche-references, like 'Beatles and Stones'. This would have sounded dated even in 1970! Some of the tracks on the album seem a bit desperate and too eager to please.....chill out, Liam, and let your more talented band-mates write the majority of the material.
You can chuck in a suggestion or two, but nothing major.
The world is still reeling from the underwhelming 'Little James' with that 'trampoline' tosh from your Oasis daze.......

Fuckin' love "Bring The Light". Rollicking visceral rock 'n roll

Bring the light live is superb, Studio version drags on just a tad but live I think is their best song. Suppose I'm big on Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, Ray Charles, Little Richard etc.
Old school Rock n Roll!

You've never listened to Jerry Lee Lewis? Eddie Cochran? Little Richard? The melody is just too infantile for my liking. Someone like the artists you mentioned would've developed it a bit more or at least added some pizazz to it. Liam just yells it out (til the quiet part of the Baby Come On's which admittedly is great).

That's fair enough, I was mainly referring to the suggestion that it wasn't rock n roll. Which like it or loathe it, is what it is.
Sure its not complicated but its great fun. I certainly don't find it child like. The way Liam attacks it in a way only he can is what makes it great for me, 'I'm going out, I'm taking you drinking' Sounds more like threat than suggestion coming from Liam.

Which is probably accurate... If Liam invited me out for drinks, I'd fear for my life!
