As of right now:
Broken Arrow: Fun one, the melody is amazing, great song.
What a Life: Noel exploring different grounds, I like.
Stop The Clocks: Really improved from the demo, I loved it.
The Death of You And Me: Has grown on me a lot.
If I Had a Gun: It's beautiful, but a little boring sometimes.
Wrong Beach: This one was a nice surprise, I really like the vibe.
Everybody's On The Run: I feel like it's a girl wearing too much make up.
Record Machine: I'm still undecided, probably I was used to the demo too much.
Soldier Boys: Boring, reminded me of The Turning alternative version.
Dream On: In the same vein as Force Of Nature and Mucky Fingers, which I just don't get.

The last couple of songs I really don't get. They're just too bland for my liking. WAL is a good tune in its own right, but just doesn't fit with the rest of the album.

Surprised that not too many guys are digging Dream on as much as me. Seems like people either really like it or loathe it. Its one of my favs on the album. Too soon for me to rate the album in order but im enjoying the first half of the album a lot more than the second. |
