I know a friend that has a sister that dated a guy once who's uncle told him that Noel personally handed over a copy of the AA album to him. I am working on getting it leaked.

I've got the second album in hand now. It's amazing! Turns out the whole thing is about a time Noel got bad hemmorhoids and had trouble sitting on hard surfaces so he carried a cushion with him everywhere. Deals with his initial resentment then how he grows to love and rely on the cushion and finally his heartbreak at having to let the cushion go when the hemmorhoids clear up.
Standout tracks are Doctor's Cream and AKA...Bloodstain on My Y-Fronts.

I completely stayed away from this thread until now, so that I avoided spoiling the album before it's due time. Now that I've seen HFB's live, and listened to the songs, I can say that I'm not hyped up yet for the AA album. (1) I'm kind of creeped by the whole idea of Noel playing with these guys and (2) I'm still enjoying HFB's.

I have a feeling there will be many Oasis fans upset by this albums experimentation as many saw trumpets on HFB as experimental.

I'd like to see him branch out a bit more..hopefully this album will be less hit and miss than the other AA stuff I've heard. At their best, they're great...at their worst they could produce an album of uninspiring stuff and I'd hate for them to make Noel's songs into something uninspiring.

So do we think that the AA album will successfully not leak as well?
As novel, amazing, and exciting as it was to have to wait until that stream to hear the remaining songs...I don't want to think it is setting a precedent.
We can no longer say, "Of course it will leak...everything leaks..."
