i agree with basiloasis. Give it to the top dogs, they'll share behind the scenes with "top members" and the leak will never hit the general public.. or will take a lot longer (as it will leak eventually)
casual to semi hardcore fans will be happy with the amount of official / acoustic tracks already out there.
Like i said i bet "eye of the mind" either a blogger or friends of one
just annoying that we don't get to hear it early as sure we all pre ordered on multiple formats etc

The Oasis community has become a lot more cut throat since they split. The excitement/tension over this album is causing a lot of good ole' boy clubs to reform. Very counter-productive.

well yeah.. like you say he posted a few lyrics and went. Whats the point? Does he feel like a god for that?
while appreciated really, at least stick around and answer for questions.
Its been said here lots nobody likes a show off. Keep it to yourself if you scared/ don't want to be hounded.
If not make sure your gonna give info give info and make it worthy of posting you've got the album

How do we know you are telling the truth? ?? This is a stupid question. He's probably not going to answer it. And we don't care. It sounds good. If its fake, we got lead on and its cool, and if its real, thats better. That question leads us absolutely nowhere, is counterproductive towards the response of the original poster, and provokes extended responses like this one. Geez, just go with it. I have a question too. I don't know whether you have the actual album or whatever, but is there anything real upbeat a la Roll with It? (TDOYAM is kind of, but not really, much at all). Just curious, its what I thought of when writing down that I had a question. |

Nothing at all resembling Roll With It.
The chorus of TDOYAM is probably the most upbeat the album gets.
Dream On has a bit of a catchy melody too

How do rate the album as a whole?
Does it get weak anywhere or stay strong the whole way through?
What were your favourite tracks?

Hey, thanks for that reply. Its kind of a shame, since I doubt we'll be seeing one on the AA album, and I know he could probably pull another gem out there.
Another question (don't feel obliged to answer this one either) is, are there any amazing 1-2 hits which really seal the deal at any point?
Like, in Whats the Story, Morning Glory + Champagne Supernova always hit me, with the fast power, then the sudden stop and hangover time (my own term there), which is so different, and amazingly pleasant and even uplifting.
Confusing question, so feel free to ignore it, or turn it into a generic 'good tracklisting?' one.

yes. its about the same length. Noel playing much higher up the neck, kind of uncharacteristic
echoes of the old solo layered into the background though, with a very similar build-up to abrupt finish
