Noel has slagged off Jools Holland in the past but has been on it a few times. I would love to see Noel perform on the show or even an hour special like Weller did with 22 dreams. He could even get a choir in. That probably wont happen but he should probably be on the show as the main act soonish. If not Jools will probably put him on when the AA album is out. He likes his wierd stuff.
Discuss...

When ever hes talked about top of the pops being gone he has said "what have have we got now? Jools Holland?" Implying that he thinks its shit. When was the last time he was on it? was it SOTSOG?

Jools Holland is pretty shit really when it is compared to something like TOTP.
No one watches Jools Holland and it is just put on late night on BBC2 on a Monday night. I don't watch it unless a band I like are on there.

could have sworn that before the toronto incident that they were supposed to a DOYS special for Jools in the same manner of the SOTSOG special.

My only problem with Jools Holland and most music shows on the BBC is that the guitar levels are ussually too low.

Oh, I dunno about that. I always read it as him saying that it doesn't have that same impact of, "I've made it now because I'm going on Jools Holland." Not that the show sucks just that there is nothing left on TV that you can shoot for like TOTP.
Anyways, I hope he will be. It'd be a good platform for him.

Did he not slag his name as well. Something about him not believing that was the name on his birth certificate. "Jools? With 2 O's? I don't think so" lol. That is a pretty paltry diss. They were from the same interview. That was the drunk Moyles interview.

Im more interested to know if he will be on Jonathan Ross' new saturday night chat / music show, guaranteed a classic interview with Ross and a nice little acoustic number at the end or two.
You wont get any laughs on Jools but you will get more music

DOYS special would have been brilliant! The new Jonathan Ross show is awful compared to what it used to be. Would still like to see Noel on it though. Alan Partridge was brilliant on it last week.

I think Noel will do Jools Holland and Wossy, although I think there's only a few weeks left of Wossy's Sat night show. I maybe wrong though.

I'd wager that he might make an appearance on Graham Norton as well, that would be splendid.

I'd wager that he might make an appearance on Graham Norton as well, that would be splendid. Noel is way funnier than him... and the musical guests are there for a song and just a little game(and interview)
