Good choice for a B-Side. Better than a thousand remixes. Still glad it's not on the album.
I just hope he won't play this and TGR (which he supposedly will) on the tour. He could just play more Oasis songs instead of these...

Nice little song. But it was a good choice to release it as a b-side.

It's cute and quirky. I like it. Sounds like b-sides are supposed to be. It offbeat and interesting. Something special for the fans.
Having been Oasis fans there is this moronically high expectations for b-sides. If b-sides are great people get bent out of shape that they weren't on the album. If they are just OK people get annoyed because it's not amazing.
I am glad I heard it but I am glad it wasn't on an album. Noel has made perfect decisions for b-sides so far for me. I like them both but don't think either are so amazing that I am pissed that the world at large won't hear them.

Love it! I was hoping his solo album would be made up of more adventurous songs like this (yes, it's simple, but different from what we're used to from him), rather than STC and IWLAD which are just the same old Noel stuff.

If I lean into the light Roll me over on my side And I don't mean to be unkind I'd pick you every time
Sha-la-la, la-la-la-la
Make love easier to find Didn't mean to cross the line I'd pick you every time
Sing for me the stories that you find Now make up my mind As long as you'd say you'd be my girl I would wait around for you until the end of time.
If I lean into the light Roll me over on my side But I don't mean to be unkind I'd pick you every time I'd pick you every time I'd pick you every time

Quite folky for Noel. Pretty good song though, nice to hear him do something unexpected.

Great little tune. Wipes the floor with TGR, which has revealed itself to be annoyingly repetitive nonsense.
Exactly what I would want or expect out of a Noel b-side. A change of pace, worthy, but not a potential hit or classic thrown by the wayside a la Acquiesce or Fade Away.

At some point, this is Noel´s world outside my room, bcoz it´s the folky-country song of the new catalogue. But, it´s not that good as WOMR. This is Noel doing some Paul McCartney, the song remainds me a lot of McCa´s I´ve just seen a face and Ringo´s Act Naturally, I mean all songs have this country feeling. I like it, not love it. 6.5/10.
And about comparisions to She is love, ohh no... that was such a waste of a track in the album. And then launching it as a double A-side: Noel´s lowest and weakest moment!!!
