'LTLSALOM' is Let The Lord Shine A Light on Me, by the way  Anyway someone brought this up on another forum and thought it was an interesting point to discuss, as If There's A God sounds similar to how I'd imagine LTLSALOM will. What do you all think? |

'Let The Lord Shine A Light On Me' doesn't sound like the title of a track that would contain the lyric "If there's a God you'll be crashing when you burn"

I do agree with you that it is very frustrating to see people hail some random song ideas as future DLBIAs, but I think Show Me Your Love does show a lot of potential. It's possible... Try putting the chords we know and use the words "Let the lord shine a light on me...", and just go from there  I had a go at it. Sounds alright. F, C, E, Am (x3)

For whatever reason, the title of the song sounds like a ballad to me. For whatever reason, I can't see Noel naming it that name. Stupid reasons, to be sure, and I could be wrong, but I just don't see it.
Shame, really, as If There's a God has epic potential.

this isnt out for a little while yet.
With no physical copies in circulation, i wouldnt expect to hear it for a while yet, unless the nice people at noel gallagher.com post it on youtube etc

I think NL4E or someone of his ilk even started a "Could Two of a Kind be Show Me Your Love? The lyrics could be 'Show Me Your Love, Show Me A Sign, Two of a Kind". On the plus side, "DOYS would have been much better with Come On, Its Alright as apparently it is brilliant" seems to have died down. |
