Really encouraged by the three songs released. Three really different tunes, different production, different vibes.
Could give a shit that the album is "unified". Just want ten wicked tunes. Three down, seven to go.

yeah I'd call it something like that. this tune is just another nudge that is making me believe we are in for a real treat with this album. Yeah, I'm really starting to get hopes for this. This album really might be the best Noel related album since WTSMG. The chorus to WAL will be stuck in my head for the next couple of days. Just one of the really classic Noel hooks that just sinks into your brain, and won't come out. Which is a damn good thing.

I was a bit afraid of this song since I'm not into electro or dance music, but this is so great (judging by the clip). I thought What a life would be one of my least favourites of the album. This moment makes me realize that the split might have been the best for everyone. Liam, Gem and Andy seem happy (eventhough they don't seem to have that much of success) and Noel is putting out really great music for us! The album will be MEGA! I know it!
Thank you, Mr. G!

Two observations:
1) Being on a TV advert, the most catchy part of the song is most likely there. I don't see the full song revealing some additional killer hook. 2) Again, due to it being on an advert, it's most likely edited. So I'd be surprised if what we hear now is a continuous 90-second block from the song, just a few pieces edited together.

So with your 2nd observation - do you think that is a good or bad thing?

I disagree though: The song extract builds anticipation which fits the theme of the advert (England are just about to start the game) - it is not a climax but the build up - which suggests to me that it's the intro of the song. Can't wait to hear the full thing, this is out of this world. What a chorus.

Btw, I'm really impressed by Noel's singing. It's the best he's ever sounded, I think.

I re listened to it - it's so so good. It completely overshadows DOYAM, which I liked. It deserves to be a big hit.
YES! Noel is back. I feel like it's 1997 and Oasis are just about to release a follow up to (WTS?) MG - Noel or Die, chaps.
Noel or Die.

I thought IIHAG is brilliant (it is) but I just can't listen to that song since I heard What A Life. It's AMAZING! Ok. I'm a bit drunk, but I've been listening to AKA...WAL in the last 2 hours and I can't get enough of it!

Sounds epic! I really can't see there being any weak or even average songs on this album. Biblical might just be the word to describe it

A pounding four-on-the-floor beat drives this incessant rocker. Noel, cynical and evil, sings with a world-weariness, and as he hammers home the chorus, he again draws out the last word, making it "liiiiiiife." Piercing guitars link the verse and chorus sections, and right when you least expect it, an honest-to-goodness six-string solo breaks out - and it's a spine-tingler, too. An elongated verse ends the song on an ominous note, but it's one that leaves the listener breathlessly waiting for more.
...Can't wait for that solo

There's probably more introduction before the vocals start. Songs used in Ad's are always heavily edited.
