I can see why Noel said, "Girls seem to like it." Definitely a dance tune...

Liam's just told his chauffeur to burn the Vauxhall. "Buy me a fucking Volvo, man" - he added.

Liam's just told his chauffeur to burn the Vauxhall. "Buy me a fucking Volvo, man" - he added. Why burn it? Couldn't he just keep it and also get the Volvo?

Sounds really disposable. Kinda sick of it already after three listens.

What part could you possibly not like? I think it's one of the most promising songs he's ever written.

Sounds really disposable. Kinda sick of it already after three listens. That's the only thing I'm afraid of, that they will play it to death on the radio and I'll get sick of it too fast If you come to think of it, it's really strange that Noel has made a tune like this, I can hear David Guetta or Martin Solveig remixing it already.. I'm sure if one of those two would release this it would go straight to number one and it would be a mega radiohit. Still digg it though

You must be tone deaf or something. What is there not to like about that 1.30 clip?

What part could you possibly not like? I think it's one of the most promising songs he's ever written. It sounds soulless and brings to mind shiny leather interiors and car showrooms. Can't believe he's let Vauxhall use it. He doesn't even drive! The chorus is an anticlimax too. Just being honest. If you love it then you love it. I don't. Who cares what I think?

with all the hyperbole that surrounded if i had a gun this may in fact be the best thing he has done since morning glory.

Just fucking hit after hit, isn't it?....Let's fucking hope the record can sustain this momentum, like, months and months and years after the release. And not go the way like that first Kasabian record, which I still think was a mighty good record but it peaked with the singles, like.

I really like it, but it does need a solid change at the end of that 1:30.

What we've heard is clearly the build up of the song before the beat drops. As for you saying that the song is soulless because it is being used in a car advert; how pathetic a reason is that? Some people just love to complain and be disappointed and you're the main offender on here. Is Whatever now a soulless song as well?

Some people just love to complain and be disappointed and you're the main offender on here. Is Whatever now a soulless song as well? I'm not sure what you're expecting to follow after that snippet. That's the verse, bridge and chorus there clearly. First time I've seen that Whatever/Coca Cola advert. When did he change his tune? ""Jack White has just written a song for Coca-Cola. End of. He ceases to be in the club. And he looks like Zorro on doughnuts, I don't believe in adverts. He's meant to be the posterboy for the alternative way of thinking. "Coca-Cola man. Fucking hell. And OK, you want to spread your message of peace and love, but do us all a fucking favour. I'm just not having it. It's like doing a fucking gig for McDonald's."" Obviously made a conscious decision to sell out somewhere along the line.
