I've been told to get "2 very good tickets" for Noel for my birthday! The second 10am hits the clock on Friday, Sept 9th, I will be rushing to buy tickets for Philly. No way in hell am I missing this.

The Beacon blows, but whatever. I hate seated gigs. Will likely be going to at least one more if not both Boston and Philly as Im off that week before traveling, perfect timing really.
I really wish they'd have gotten him in Webster Hall or Terminal 5. The Beacon is a nice place, but it's stodgy. The Beacon is the reason the cost is so high. $93 a ticket for the lower levels is rough, but at least there is a 2nd tier pricing.

I'm considering going to the Boston gig via the Midwest. How is the Wang Theatre? Anybody ever been?

Anyone been to the Orpheum in San Fran? How is that venue? Two Cali dates is swell, hope he adds a San Diego or Vegas date...w/out the crazy ticketbastard fees. Tend to dig LiveNation better.

Sucks. I'm in Indiana. Screw the midwest I guess. Somebody should tell their tour manager that there's this huge fucking land mass between the coasts.

It's weird. Both Liam and Noel have only had good things to say about Chicago in the past. I imagine Noel will stop by at least Chicago sometime, but at this point, I'm not banking on it. Bring on Boston! Noel said something a while back about doing a quick trip around the globe in support of the album and then sometime in the spring going back and doing a proper world tour.

Anyone been to the Orpheum in San Fran? How is that venue? Never been, and that's saying something, as I've been to plenty of gigs in SF...

Anyone interested in having an Oasis Mafia Board meet-up before the SF gig? We can down pints of Guinness at the pub around the corner while listening to STC. Jamie is invited.

Nevermind, I see them. I just checked prices on the Orpheum website...wow...100-300 dollars for most seats at the events currently listed. Then again, these are plays/high profile productions so maybe they will be dropped for the concert....but I doubt it. God damn. So much for the "No 75 pounds" ticket promise.

I can see that whenever Noel gets to Chicago, I'll be in the "cheap" seats.

I'll fully accept that if it means I can shell out money for the best seats. Beady Eye is fine and all... But this is Noel. If it means I can hear his new tunes and some classics, I'm all for it. I can't wait to sing along to DLBIA again. ;D Most venues are posting $35-$75 for seats, at least that's the Boston prices.

I've never seen a gig there before, but I saw Wicked there and it was brilliant! Great show too, beautiful theater. Enjoy you lucky bastards. Dallas is not high on his list obviously.

Toronto is $49 and $109. I'm absolutely willing to pay that. Same price as a good night out.

you're always welcome in boston will I think I'll be there. That's the date that works best with my schedule, and I'm pretty sure I'm prepared to drop whatever kind of money I need to to go see Noel. Pretty sure. sounds good to me and there's no g.a. at the wang--- it's all assigned seating.... so we won't be queueing for 6-7 hours before the gig this time! we'll DEFINIETLY have to set something up before the show
