TGR and PAITM were created from the same basis: tomorrow never knows, ticket to ride drum beats (a Noel´s obsession) and some the byrds echoes. They also share some psychedelic feeling in the chorus. Your right, they are pretty similar. Now we can understand why TGR never did it in HC. It´s a similar relation amid The fame and I hope I think I know...

Yes, you can definitely hear that it's a leftover from the HC era, although the production is better than the one on HC. And hell yes, it's better than that dreadful song. In conclusion, TGR sounds like PAITM, ABWR, Ticket to Ride, Rain and The fame ;D

I really don't like the song. Dunno if I expected too much or what... But it's on a par with GOYHHL for me... Really do not like it :/
