Wow. That is 9 minutes and 48 seconds of my life I will never get back. What a worthless interview. Four and a half minutes about the band name, minor tour news we already all know. Besides Sara's Kasabian line, everything in this interview has been mentioned either at the press conference or magazines. Atleast talk about the album and some songs specifically. Swing and a miss xfm.

Wow that was an awfully boring interview...XFM really squandered it because Noel seemed to be in a good mood too.

Although I do have to say I laughed when Noel started talking about Santa Claus and tying shoelaces.

I don't think Noel is gonna go on tour opening for anyone. He doesn't seem all that eager to get back to arenas sans Oasis.

Of course the second tour just means more dates in similar sizes venues. Doubt they are going be increasing the venue size substantially off the basis of 3 concerts in 3 different countries.

If you get Noel Gallagher for almost 10 minutes I expect a quality interview. That was trash. It is the job of a person doing the interview to do a little research, make sure not to ask questions he's been answering for other media outlets/publications so the listener has a chance to hear something new and different. Like I said earlier, 90% of that interview could have been pieced together from his press conference, Mojo Magazine and Q. This radio interview didn't even need to take place.
I'll atleast give the guy props for not asking about Liam or Beady Eye.
