Are there any advantages for Noel not being with Liam? I don't mean, not being in Oasis. But just not being with Liam in any of musical venture, period.
I'm just interesting, because when Noel left, a lot of people said that some big advantages for Beady would be that they would be under the rule Noel. That they could spread their wings a bit.
Any advantages for Noel. Has Noel gained anything by leaving Liam?

The same as Liam but on the top of that he now can colaborate with anyone if he wants.

1. He doesn't have to write songs for Liam's voice. 2. He doesn't have to teach him the songs (I can imagine that being a handful at times) 3. To Be Continued

not really that much, you may count a full album written by noel but that would be an advantage of leaving oasis wouldn't ??
oasis was noel's band he shaped it and made it the way it was he wrote the rules and did what he wanted to do mostly in the earlier days so even in leaving oasis there wasn't that much of advantages.
I don't know about you guys but I don't buy that noel never wanted to split up but it was a thing he was forced to. I believe he wanted a break at least from oasis, it was obvious that he lost any interest in oasis and the band

I agree that freedom to experiment musically is probably the biggest advantage Noel gets from this split.
In the case of BDI, it seems like they lost a bit of quality control at times with Noel gone...I don't think Noel will suffer the same plight. He seems to have learned his lesson (overall) from Be Here Now.
Also, I think Noel's free to do whatever he wants with his live shows now. That was the one area that it seemed like Liam had a lot of say in Oasis, and he wanted to play all of their classic songs every night and keep the setlist rigid. I salute him for making sure we all got to hear WW, Supersonic, Champagne Supernova, C&A, etc. every show, but maybe now we'll hear some more of the amazing B-sides Noel penned over the years. The freedom to play whatever he wants whenever he wants is an advantage.

The biggest and smallest thing in the world. Happiness. I think that the stuff with Liam made him as miserable as anyone in BDI...maybe more because he experienced it feeling alone.
Less pressure. I think he appreciates being slightly more under in the radar music press. They were a huge and unwieldy target in Oasis. Ripe for ridicule
Musical freedom. I'll bet we'll never have get a song with a horn solo instead guitar solo from a band containing Liam.
Thrills. I think it's nerve-wracking but exhilarating for Noel that for the first time since DM he truly has no idea what it going happen
Less bad press. Liam and Noel have both had their share of bad press...but now Noel can more easily control his press...he doesn't have to answer for Liams comments. (For instance those comments about "best album in 50 years are par for the course for Liam...and just BEGGING for backlash) @ least it'll half it even if he continues to as full of bluster as with Oasis.
More reliable vocalist live. Noel isn't a flashy singer. Liam's tone is definitely better but he was a liability live @ times. Even it was partly the fault of the bands volume for Liam...Noel never had a problem singing with the stage volume that he prefers. Liam is still a great frontman...but he isn't an amazing vocalist anymore.
