Yeah if we could hear half of these, my life would be fulfilled. Apart from Roll it Over which I think was made by Liam's vocals which were spine tingling.

I don't mind him playing songs that Oasis never played live but not ones that were originally Liam vocals. I think his acoustic gigs were so good hearing Listen Up, Rockin' Chair, Digsy's Dinner etc that weren't originally Noel songs |

I agree with Deasy. If I pay to see him which I will if he comes anywhere close to me, he's going to play the ones we think he is more than likely. He'll probably play 4-6 songs from Oasis. No more, no less!
WW, DLBIA and TIOBI are 3 certain ones I think too. I also think he'll do Songbird. (i bet heads just blew up) no I'm kidding. That wouldn't sound right. He will do those 3 and maybe Live Forever and something close to Little By Little.
I would love to see him play Cast No Shadow in there maybe. LBL may be wishful thinking for me lol

For the record I'm not really into him doing Oasis tunes, as your gonna get knobheads turning up for just them tracks but I suppose I'm gonna have to deal with that.
The certainties for me have to be; Don't Look Back In Anger, Half The World Away, The Masterplan, TIOBI & Slide Away.
I hope other than 1 or 2 he steers clear of Liam sung songs and mixes in Oasis songs that fit the style of his solo songs so maybe songs like Falling Down, Waiting For The Rapture, Mucky Fingers & Gas Panic.
The 9 that I have mentioned would probably do. Mixed in with 7 or 8 of his solo tunes. He could then change the odd Oasis song night to night.

i say he should perform the entire album (10 songs)
then do 6 Oasis songs, and switch around 2 of them, with keeping 4 constantly

i think he will mix his set up a lot, show to show or every few shows.. the worst thing about seeing oasis live was the static set lists.
i am 99% sure noel blamed this on liam, not sound checking / not remembering the words etc.

While I agree that Liam's vocals were spine tingling on that track, you shouldn't assume that Noel can't do it justice. Remember his versions of Gas Panic from the last Oasis tour's soundchecks? Nobody saw that coming. |

It would be really funny if he opened with (It's Good) To Be Free but I do not think he will.

I won't mind that plays Oasis songs if say, 2 out 6, he rotates. Like one night he plays Whatever instead of Cast No Shadow or something along those lines. Not asking for a large rotation, but let's just say 4 tracks that are regulars, and 4-6 that get rotated in the last two spots. (I'm assuming that he'll do 6 Oasis songs live of course)
