He has said that it is just, and i paraphrase, here a collection of whoever is available at the time. Does this suggest that for each tour or album they will have different artists? I wonder if we could see Gem, Chris and (as i think the Andy v.s. Noel debate is vastly overstated) Andy if they are not touring. Could be interesting. (I'm expecting a slagging off from the usual people for this article)

thats what it sounds like. the high flying birds are essentially a whole load of session musicians at Noels disposal

i think this means few things:
a) when the AA album comes out they can still brand it a noel gallagher's high flying bird album
b) stop any familiarity with the band so if one disappears its not like somebody left the band / noels sacked somebody etc etc

High Flying Birds it's a Zoot Money Song. Noel is fan of these band.
