I like what dave did to this song because to be quite honest it's a decent tune with nothing special but dave imo took the song to another level. every sound was in it's right time and place and degree which give the song a better vibe and feel to it. it's still not a great classic tune in fact it had depend on a lot of early noel stuff and it was well gathered but nothing new or special. back to dave I don't think any other producer worked with oasis would have done this any better so thanks dave and thanks noel

the production has played a big part in that song... Im not saying that without it TDOYAM would be shit. But definitely the production has turned this into a good tune.

Sardy did a great job on the track. It's not dry/simple like some of the DBTT songs were. It's warm. Love the banjo in the chorus, the piano, and the violin. The horns just sound top notch, its like an old new orleans jazz band was caught in the heat just slowly traveling along show to show.

This sounds a lot "warmer" than DBTT. For some reason I've never really liked Sardy's production, and even with this song I think he could've done a bit better.
To me, the chorus is REALLY asking for some strong strings, but he doesn't deliver.

Nice production, as good as DOYS.
He also did a good job on DBTT, the problem is that it has the loudness war.

It's obviously Dave Sardy's work. You can hear that very well ,the whole of this song.
Never been a real fan of Dave Sardy's work, but it's way better then his DBTT work. It's warmer, less simple,
But a bit to poor still, to empty even a bit to shoddy. .
But this is Dave's style, we all know, and I guess Noel likes it that way nowadays.
Not a big fan of the product of Sardy in this... personally, but because of Noels great song itself, overall a good song.
And Dave is better then he used to be ...
so thumbs up in the end

All I can say is Noel should never stop producing his music, or co-producing it. I know Sardy did most of the work, obviously, but I think this song shows just how much Noel's music needs... well, Noel.

Agree that the production is warmer and better than DBTT. It's actually perfect, probably also because
Sardys been involved all the way and hasn't been forced to rework Noels demos. Agree that Heathen Chemistry is one big proof that Noel should co-produce and not produce. And really the first tree albums aren't what you would call great productions - rather the opposite, but somehow they work anyway, because the songs are so great.
