Whatever song it is I hope it is just as epic with the guitar solos found on the soundcheck video.

I'll throw my hat into the ring. I think it'll be the song AKA...Broken Arrow. It had the Neil Young vibe in the soundcheck with the Crazy Horse guitar solos.

Maybe he's copying BDI and using a b-side as a trailer? Could be the good rebel...

I think probably The Good Rebel. They used the B-side for the BDI trailer.

I think the trailer song sounded 'dancey' (groovy to us, dancey to noel) so i think its aka what a life, as thats what he said was a 'dance track' and he is writing the lyrics to aka in the new video so i think thats a hint, maybe?

Noel once said The Good Rebel sounded like 'Rain' by some band called the beatles and when noel says something sounds like something you always know its a rip off, well here is 'Rain'
musically im not so sure if its the trailer song

What if it's not a song? What if it's just used as part of the trailer, and will appear again as back ground music for the DVD? IE, not all that different from some of the DVD back ground music in DBTT.....Would be highly disappointed, if that's the case.....

if it's a song I would say it's either a bside or a non-single a-side.

It could be Stop the Clocks or Record Machine.

It's A Simple Game Of Genius, then. It does sound like that soundcheck song. BTW, bonkers, good call on the Rain ripoff thing...

Perhaps 'A Simple Game Of Genius' will be a hidden track on the album? I think iTunes has to list all songs on a CD, even if hidden. On Coldplay's X&Y album iTunes lists 'Till Kingdom Come' which was a hidden track. Then again they have 'Better Man/The Cage' listed as a 38 minute, download whole album to receive the track type deal. Who knows.
