I'm already thinking Beady Eye>Noel... Noel has a load of unreleased acoustic songs on there... of course I won't properly judge until I hear it, but there's only so much acoustic I can take at a time... we've heard 4. 2 are demos, both of which we know Noel had big plans for the other 2 are soundchecks...of course they're fucking acoustic so far. Noel writes everything acoustic. TSOSTL was once acoustic Exactly. Everybody's on the Run is going to sound awesome electric. The final version of it is obviously not going to be acoustic. The other two soundchecks we heard were snippets at best. I think they sound very promising. No doubt there's a lot of potential there, but it could go either way. Noel can greatly improve upon them, or he can overdo it with production and what not. We'll have to wait and see. As far as STC and RM goes, I'm hoping they've been enhanced. I absolutely love RM, but I will be disappointed if that's the final version. It needs more electric guitar. STC also needs a bit of tweeking. Noel said there's several versions of it out there, so we'll have to be patient. Can't wait . . .

I remember when people were flipping out about an album title called "Dig Out Your Soul". And guess what? It ended up being a pretty good record. The name has nothing to do with anything . . .

Isn't the song 'Soldier Boys and Jesus Freaks' most likely from that Kinks inspired concept album he was going on and on about while doing press for DOYS? I remember him saying in interviews during the DYOS tour that during mixing DOYS in LA he started to write a flowing acoustic album about soldiers, religious people, rock stars and travellers. I have a good feeling 'Soldier Boys and Jesus Freaks' is from those demos.
