Fucking annoying is the phrase I'd use and not sometimes; always.
Trying to act like Liam, be all eccentric, cool and funny is not a good look especially when you are clearly none of those things. Finally. LIB is a cool guy. Can he be eccentric yes, but to say that it's all a front when you don't even know him I think is wrong. LIB is great on the Lounge, and probably one of my favorite forum members. Sometimes when he comes out of the Lounge, he can be abrasive and eccentric. But he's not annoying. He's a cool guy, lighten up. |

LIB's been like this for a long time. And he's been a contributing member for a long time. I think he's earned the right to act how wants. I wouldn't exactly say that (older guys have more of a right to act however they please) as that comes across as a bit elitist, but I get what you're saying. The contributors that have been here for a long time are here for a good reason - their posts are always interesting I find and get on with most folk. Like yourself, I find it rich how new members come on here and slag off the older members. I've no issue with guys like NL4E either - I've had arguments with him but he's never descended into full blown immature insults (so far!) like many others do (won't name anyone...), and I really respect that about him, despite me not agreeing with a lot of what he says! |
